ERRORS ON OUR SITE

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and RexShowerDoors.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

SHIPPING POLICY

By using RexShowerDoors.com, you acknowledge awareness of the terms stated below regarding shipping. Prior to completing a purchase, you must indicate that you have read and accept the stated shipping policy.

1)Shipping Damage To The Outside Of The Package

Carefully inspect the outside of the packaging for any visible damage. Should damage be discovered or suspected, you and the delivery driver must make note of this in writing on the shipping document confirming both parties agree there is or could be damage. If it is very obvious to all parties that the contents inside the package are damaged, refuse shipment of only the damaged carton and again note accordingly on the shipping document. The shipping company is responsible for any and all damage incurred during shipping only if it is noted on the shipping documents. Should you sign for delivery of the goods and fail to note any obvious damage, the trucking company is no longer responsible. Your purchase is insured for damages caused by the shipping company. Without acknowledgement of damage, the insurance becomes null and void after receipt of the goods.

2)Concealed Damage Inside The Package And Delivery Shortages

We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and packaged correctly so that it arrives to you safely and completely. We need you to inspect the contents of your shipment, and if there is concealed damage to glass or hardware, we must be notified within 48 hours. After this period of time, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing goods. Within the 48 hour period, please contact us at 800-439-7440 and we will assist you in processing your claim. Emailed pictures of the damage would be helpful in expediting your claim.

3)Processing Of Claims

When a claim of damage is reported on the shipping documents, we are usually notified by the shipper within a 2-4 day period. That notification allows us to proceed to re-ship a new product under the terms of the shipping insurance. We cannot ship before we’ve been notified by the shipper that the product was confirmed “damaged in shipping.” We kindly ask for your patience while processing any claims.
